zsh-completions #

zsh-completions aims at gathering/developing new completion scripts that are not available in Zsh yet. The scripts may be contributed to the Zsh project when stable enough.

Installation #

git clone https://github.com/zsh-users/zsh-completions ~/.oh-my-zsh/custom/plugins/zsh-completions
plugins=(… zsh-completions)
autoload -U compinit && compinit

zsh-autosuggestions #

zsh-autosuggestions suggests commands as you type, based on command history.

Installation #

git clone https://github.com/zsh-users/zsh-autosuggestions ${ZSH_CUSTOM:-~/.oh-my-zsh/custom}/plugins/zsh-autosuggestions
plugins=(zsh-autosuggestions)

zsh-syntax-highlighting #

zsh-syntax-highlighting provides syntax highlighting for the shell zsh. It enables highlighting of commands whilst they are typed at a zsh prompt into an interactive terminal. This helps in reviewing commands before running them, particularly in catching syntax errors.

Powerlevel10k #

Powerlevel10k is a theme for Zsh. It emphasizes speed, flexibility and out-of-the-box experience.

Installation #

git clone https://github.com/romkatv/powerlevel10k ~/.oh-my-zsh/custom/themes/powerlevel10k

Configuration #

Set the ZSH_THEME on OhMyZsh config file

ZSH_THEME="powerlevel10k/powerlevel10k"

Execute the configuration command and follow the steps through it:
